If you're team members don't receive your invitations: Verify spelling of their email address 

  1. Refresh your browser
  2. In the top bar you'll see a dimmed profile image for each team member you have invited.
  3. Click on the profile image of an invited team member. You'll see the email address you used for the invitation. Check the spelling and verify that it's spelled correctly.

If the email address is spelled correctly

  1. If they already have a SquidHub account: Ask your team members to open SquidHub, and they should see your invitation in the blue sidebar. 
  2. If they don't have a SquidHub account: They can either a) create a SquidHub account (with the same email address) and your invitation will be available once they are logged in, or b) ask your team members to check their spam folder.

Need to re-send an invitation?
You can't as such re-send an invitation. To do this you'll have to remove the invitation first and then invite the person again. 

To remove an invitation, click on the dimmed profile image in the top bar and select Remove Invitation.
