How do I control who can do what inside a team?

Detailed permission control is part of the Premium plan and provides Admin, Member and Guest roles. 

Everybody has the same rights and can do the same in the Free plan – meaning everybody can invite new people to the team, create todos, delete todos etc.

What can an Admin user do?

  • Invite new members
  • Edit group settings
  • Add and edit content in all three boards

What can a Member do?

  • Add and edit content in all three boards

What can a Guest do?

  • View todos (but not edit or delete)
  • Add and view files and links
  • Send messages
