Maybe you are using categories to manage the priority of your todos - or to track the stage and progress of your team's tasks. 

You can drag and drop your todos between the categories. This is a fast way to update the priority or status of a todo. 

Note: You can re-order your categories by drag and drop as well (and if you need to rename a category you simply double click it, and give it a new name).
