What payment options do you accept?

You can pay with any major credit card (VISA, Mastercard and American Express).

How does SquidHub’s pricing work?

We provide two plans: Free and Premium. The free plan gives you access to the core platform and 2 groups. Users signed up to the Premium plan gives access to all features on the SquidHub platform as well as unlimited groups. Payment is charged on a monthly basis.

How are users counted towards billing?

You can add and remove users as your team changes. We’ll automatically adjust your billing when new users are added or removed. 

At the end of each monthly billing cycle, you will be billed for the following month's subscription based on the number of Premium users you have.

Invoices

Invoices are sent by email to the user who created your organization's Premium account. In case you can’t find an invoice, you can contact support@squidhub.com who’ll resend the relevant invoice to you.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits and education? 

Yes, we offer a 50% discount on the Premium plan for education and non-profit usage. Please contact us at support@squidhub.com to claim your discount.

Can we cancel at any time?

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, your access to the features in the Premium plan will remain until the end of your subscription period.

What is your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied with the SquidHub platform and service, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
