Sometimes we can't reproduce a reported bug/issue. In these cases we need your help as the issue may be due to local settings on your computer, installed plugins etc.

Please follow these simple steps to help us:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Open SquidHub
  3. Right click and select "Inspect element" (or press F12)
  4. Select the tab "Console"
  5. Reload SquidHub (F5) and reproduce the issue 
  6. Take a screenshot and send it to support@squidhub.com. It would be great if you could also describe the steps you follow to reproduce the issue.

Please also select the tab called "Network" and provide a screenshot of these details.
