Sometimes we can't reproduce a reported bug/issue. In these cases we need your help as the issue may be due to local settings on your computer, installed plugins etc.

Please follow these simple steps to help us:

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Open SquidHub
  3. Right click and select "Inspect element" (or press F12)
  4. Select the tab "Console"
  5. Reload SquidHub (F5) and reproduce the issue 
  6. Take a screenshot and send it to It would be great if you could also describe the steps you follow to reproduce the issue.

Please also select the tab called "Network" and provide a screenshot of these details.
